Do I need an account to book?
You can browse services and free times without one. To book, create a free account and verify your email.
How do I know my booking was accepted?
You get an email at every status change. Shops with automatic acceptance accept it right away.
Can I cancel online?
You can reschedule any time within the shop's cutoff. To cancel, request a code on your booking and tell it to the stylist, who cancels it for you.
How do I pay?
At the shop, as usual. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the shop accepts it.
How many bookings can I have?
Each shop sets a maximum of active bookings per customer, two by default.
What happens to my data?
Your data stays in the EU and your tax number is stored encrypted. The shop only sees your name close to your appointment.
